What we collect

On portions of our web site, you can make requests or register to receive further information. The types of personal information collected on these pages are currently name and email address. In order to tailor our subsequent communications to you and continuously improve our offerings (including registration), we may also ask you to provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, and more detailed contact preferences.

How we use it 

Parti.company uses your information to better understand your needs and provide you with a better service. Specifically, we use your information to communicate back to you, to update you on offers, and to improve our web site.

From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes or to provide you with marketing information which we think would be of particular interest. At a minimum, we will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving such direct marketing or market research communication. We will also follow legal requirements, such as allowing you to opt in before receiving unsolicited communication, where applicable.

Who we share it with

Parti.company will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others, unless we have your permission or are required to by law. We will only share the personal data you provide online with business partners and/or those who are acting on our behalf for market research. Such business partners, will be governed by our privacy policies with respect to the use of this data, and will be bound by the appropriate confidentiality agreements.

Data collected online may also be combined with other information you may provide for us from other offerings within Parti.company.

Parti.company will not use or share the personal identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without first letting you know and offering you a choice. As previously stated, we will also provide you the opportunity to let us know if you do not wish to receive unsolicited direct marketing materials, and we will do everything we can to honour such requests in a timely fashion.

Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Parti.company is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. We have structured our web site so that, in general, you can visit us on the web without having to identify yourself or reveal any personal information.

Once you choose to provide us with identifiable information, you can be assured that it will only be used to support your relationship with Parti.company.

Awareness Parti.company provides this Online Privacy Statement to make you aware of our practices and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

Deposit and Balance Payment

Bookings must be paid in full in cash at the end of your event. The only exclusion from this clause is where we have agreed, in writing, to take payment after the event by invoice; the invoice will show the full amount due.

We do not accept payments by cheque, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We accept deposit by paypal or card only, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, you will lose your deposit

If you cancel a booking with less than 24 hours’ notice, a charge of £75 will be incurred

If you cancel a booking with less than 7 days’ notice, a charge of £35 will be incurred.

Booking Confirmations

All booking confirmations must be checked in full by you, please check the date of the party, the start and finish time, the party address and your contact number.

Parti.company Ltd will not be held accountable for any mistakes that go unnoticed.


You must ensure that a responsible adult is present at all times for any children’s events

Parti.company Ltd will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur, at an event, for which why are not liable; i.e. do not       involve our entertainers or equipment

If your booking includes use of the Snow or Bubble Machine, you should be aware that the floor can become very slippery during use. Whilst we will do our best to keep the floor dry, and warn of any danger, we will not be held responsible for any slips or falls that may result. Face Painting is at your own risk and we do not accept any responsibility for any adverse reactions such as rashes or swellings. Also any stains that may occur on clothing is at your own risk.

Please note that if any children who appear to be under the age of 3 are present in the games area, we may not be able to run games or may need to abort a current game in progress for safety reasons.

Access to venue/Location

Unless informed otherwise, we will assume your party is on ground floor level and no more than 20 metres from where we are parked. You must inform us in advance if access to the venue is difficult. You must also inform us of any parking restrictions or similar issues, or whether we are required to lift equipment upstairs. Circumstances, such as the aforementioned, may result in a delayed start if we cannot get to the venue with ease

Outside bookings are only possible if agreed in advance, in writing. Appropriate coverings, such as a gazebo or marquee must be provided at the expense of and by the customer.

Changes to your booking

Any changes to a booking must be requested by email. Acceptance of change will be made by return email

Changes to date or times may be refused if we are unable to accommodate the change

We will make ONE (1) change for free which may include the venue, date change (if available), time change (if available). Any additional changes will incur an admin fee of £12

Any entertainment upgrades or contact detail changes, including to email address, contact number or any administrative errors will always be changed free of charge

Entertainer DBS & PLI, Outsourcing & Equipment.

Standard Department of Barring and Disclosure (DBS) certificates are obtained and renewed for each entertainer every 3 years and a copy of the certificate kept on file.  A copy can be emailed to you upon request.

All entertainers are working on a self-employed basis for Parti.company and responsible for sourcing their own Public Liability Insurance and have signed a disclaimer letter every 2 years to say they have this cover in place.

From time to time we may require to outsource entertainers from other companies or sole traders.  We will receive verbal confirmation that the entertainer has a valid DBS certificate and PLI insurance.  We will only outsource an entertainer if our own entertainers are unavailable shortly before or on the day at short notice.

Occasionally when we outsource entertainers, they may not have the company banners or polo shirt.

Please note that equipment provided for your disco can vary to equipment displayed in the photos.

We will respond to acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours Mon-Fri, we will respond to your complaint in full within 7 working days
